San Luis Obispo is the happiest place in America. Yup, that's right. According to best-selling author Dan Buettner, SLO ranks #1 in happiness.

I saw that episode - I was totally surprised to see SLO as the happiest town in America, but I actually agree! I'm in Ventura County and always enjoy my trips north. We don't go to SLO very often, but I always wish I explored it more.
